Personalized Customer Experience Specialist

In this exciting role, you'll have the opportunity to create fantastic customer experiences by bringing together data and technology. You'll be working with our Customer Data Platform to unify customer data and make it available for creating personalized, context-aware interactions.

These interactions will be omnichannel, meeting customers where they are in a highly personalized way. While you'll be hands-on with building experiences in the CDP, you'll also work closely with business partners to ensure that what you're building creates the best experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create multi-channel marketing campaigns using various tools such as Adobe Campaign, Adobe Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Klaviyo, and Cheetah Digital.
  • Work with a Customer Data Platform (CDP) to power personalized experiences, including segmentation, journey orchestration, and data governance.
  • Design and configure tests to measure incremental performance and configure metadata to enable their measurement.
  • Prioritize continuous conversation with business partners to understand requirements and inform business strategy based on what's possible in the CDP.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in MarTech operations, digital messaging, audience segmentation, or a related role.
  • Knowledge of MarTech platforms and agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheets, Wrike, etc.

Benefits:

  • Journey orchestration experience required, including setting up end-to-end recurring journeys with optimization mechanisms.
  • Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and ETL processes, as well as proficiency in SQL.
  • Understanding of database structures and experience designing and configuring tests to measure incremental performance.
