Job Description

We are seeking an Enterprise/Solution Architect to lead the development and maintenance of our enterprise architecture vision and strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies, with experience in architectural design and modeling.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, developing, and maintaining the enterprise architecture vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals. This role focuses on creating scalable, secure, and efficient architectural frameworks while leading solution design efforts, especially within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture vision and strategic roadmap aligned with business objectives
  • Create and update architectural roadmaps guiding the evolution of IT systems and capabilities
  • Establish and enforce architectural standards, governance policies, and frameworks
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on enterprise architecture
  • Identify architectural risks and ensure systems are scalable, secure, and resilient

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's degree with 12 to 17 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud/Health Cloud in a call center environment
  • Strong architectural design and modeling experience
  • In-depth understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies
  • Experience with system integration and IT infrastructure
