Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field, such as human resources or business administration.
  • 2-5 years of experience in executive search or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
