Job Description

Designation Jr. Recruiter

Location – Jaipur

Responsibilities

  • Maintain data of walk-in candidates
  • Conduct aptitude and other tests of candidates
  • Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
  • Coordinate with interviewers to schedule further rounds
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media and various job portals
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Walk-in MIS and trackers

Qualifications

  • Relevant Experience of 6 months - 2 years
  • Graduate in any discipline from a recognized educational institute
  • Good analytical skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good communication Skills (both written & verbal)

Skill Set

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • Ability to interact positively with team members, peer group and seniors.
  • Strong decision-making and convincing skills
