About the Role
We are seeking a Senior HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in attracting top talent to support our growth and ensure we have the right people in place to drive our mission forward.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information.
- Promote the company's employer brand and culture to potential candidates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the water infrastructure or related industry.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
