As a Human Resources Specialist at TankhaPay, you will oversee and manage our day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, training, and compliance processes. You will also ensure smooth payroll and benefits administration while maintaining strict adherence to labor laws and company policies.

  • Lead full cycle of HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
  • Drive training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and HR policies ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, practices, and labor law compliance
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement to support organizational growth
  • Leverage HR technology platforms to streamline processes and improve efficiency
