Our company seeks a skilled Senior Event Designer

  • To be successful, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in event/wedding design or equivalent experience in interior design/architecture.
  • A strong proficiency in at least two of the following: Adobe Illustrator, 3D rendering tools, Procreate, Hand Sketching is required.
  • The designer should also possess expertise in Adobe InDesign & Photoshop and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Bonus points for knowledge of AutoCAD and AI tools.
  • Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (written & spoken).
  • We are looking for someone who is passionate about events, set design, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex design projects with strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Attend client meetings, conduct site visits, and translate briefs into innovative design solutions.
  • Develop mood boards and concepts showcasing strong aesthetic skills.
  • Manage inventory, ensuring cost and production awareness.
  • Research and source unique vendor products.
  • Create detailed sketches, 3D renderings, working drawings, and layouts.
  • Analyze materials and finishes for optimal design execution.
  • Perform trend research and analysis to bring fresh ideas to projects.
  • Collaborate with the team in brainstorming sessions.
  • Prepare detailed BOQ/element sheets.
  • Communicate design vision effectively to artisans, vendors, and production teams.
  • Travel for on-ground event coordination and execution.

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in Event/Wedding Designing or equivalent experience in Interior Design/Architecture.
  • Proficiency in multiple software including Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with 3D rendering tools and hand sketching.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Possession of a creative passion for events and set design.
