The role of Senior Banquet Manager is to oversee the banquet and food and beverage service operations. This involves ensuring high standards of setup, presentation, and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee banquet and F&B service operations, ensuring high standards of setup, presentation, and service.
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and equipment in good working order.
  • Implement service standards and operating procedures across all events.

Leadership and Sales:

  • Achieve sales targets for banquet operations.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing team to market and sell banquet and conference facilities.

Event Planning and Execution:

  • Plan and manage all aspects of banquet events for smooth execution and guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate setup, décor, menu presentation, and ambiance according to client requirements.

Team Management and Development:

  • Lead, hire, train, coach, and evaluate the banquet food and beverage team.
  • Foster a culture of motivation, teamwork, and ownership.

Customer Experience:

  • Provide excellent levels of guest service for internal and external customers.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Manage billing processes and oversee inventory consumption tracking.
  • Participate in F&B department meetings and operate POS systems.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in banquet/F&B operations in premium hospitality.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle long/break shifts as required.
