Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design projects with strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Attend client meetings, conduct site visits, and translate briefs into innovative design solutions.
  • Develop mood boards and concepts showcasing strong aesthetic skills.
  • Manage in-house and market inventory, ensuring cost and production awareness.
  • Research and source unique, trendy, and competitively priced vendor products.
  • Create detailed sketches, 3D renderings, working drawings, and layouts.
  • Conduct material and finish analysis for optimal design execution.
  • Perform trend research and analysis to bring fresh ideas to projects.
  • Collaborate with the team in brainstorming sessions.
  • Prepare BOQ/element sheets with precise detailing.
  • Communicate design vision effectively to artisans, vendors, and production teams.
  • Travel for on-ground event coordination and execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Event/Wedding Designing or equivalent experience in Interior Design/Architecture.
  • Strong proficiency in at least two of the following: Illustrator, 3D rendering tools, Procreate, Hand Sketching.
  • Expertise in Adobe InDesign & Photoshop.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • AutoCAD skills (bonus).
  • Knowledge of AI tools (plus point).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (written & spoken).
  • Passion for events, set design, and execution.
