Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer or Art Director to lead our visual direction and execution of branding, event, and digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 7-8+ years of professional design experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role.

  • Leading the visual direction and execution of branding, event, and digital campaigns.
  • Collaborating with copywriters, marketers, and account leads to develop creative concepts.
  • Designing across formats: static posts, reels thumbnails, brochures, pitch decks, booth panels, websites, ads, merchandise, and print material.
  • Owning the look and feel of large-scale events: stage backdrops, media walls, standees, digital invites, etc.
  • Guiding a team of junior designers; reviewing and refining their work.
  • Translating briefs into concepts that are not just beautiful—but effective.
  • Staying updated with visual trends across sectors (luxury, government, corporate, cultural).

The successful candidate will possess a strong portfolio across branding, event design, and social media, as well as proficiency in latest software, AI, and tools. They will also demonstrate a deep understanding of color theory, layout design, typography, and visual hierarchy.

A bonus for those with experience in deck visualization, corporate branding, and public-facing campaigns, as well as familiarity with 3D renders, AI design prompts, print specs, and government campaign formats.

  • Clarity in communication, especially in client calls or internal briefs.
  • Deadline ownership, especially when juggling multiple projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to review junior design work.
  • Proactive mindset—suggesting ideas, references, and formats without waiting for prompts.
  • Ability to mentor, inspire, and lead a small design team.
