We are a fast-growing children's learning & toy brand dedicated to creating impactful, playful, and premium design experiences for kids aged 0–14 years in India, USA, UAE and rest of the world. From science kits to creative STEM Kits, we aim to inspire the next generation of thinkers and creators by building love for science. We're looking for a hands-on, creative, and detail-oriented designer who can take ideas from scratch and bring them to life through powerful visuals for product packagings, model graphic designs, Editorial Designs.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Graphic Designer who will be responsible for end-to-end design of:

  • STEM Toy & science kit packaging
  • Product graphics and Toy Models skin layouts
  • Instruction manuals, activity sheets, collaterals
  • Design elements drawn/sketched from scratch, including Product Graphic compositions.

This role is for someone who loves making original design, has an eye for visual storytelling, and is comfortable building concepts with originality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design packaging graphics, product visual assets, and stickers from concept to final artwork.
  • Illustrate or sketch assets such as toys Graphic, props, and icons for use in manuals, stickers, or packaging.
  • Create clean, kid-friendly instruction manuals and activity guides in a layout that balances function and aesthetics.
  • Collaborate with content and product teams, design lead, and in-house design team to ensure designs are practical and production-ready.
  • Show and explain WIPs regularly; take feedback seriously and improve with speed and clarity.
  • Ensure all designs align with the brand's visual language, age-appropriateness, and educational values.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience and Portfolio in product packaging, manual design, or Original graphic design.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as BFA, MFA, B.Des, or M.Des, or a degree with a similar focus, is mandatory.
  • Excellent command of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Strong sketching/drawing ability — must be able to develop and illustrate design elements independently on photoshop, illustrator or other software.
  • Understanding of print-ready files, for production requirements.
  • Ability to take responsibility and work on projects end-to-end, from concept to final artwork.
  • Organized, Independent, and excited to work in a creative Collaborative environment.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

  • Background in STEM kits, or D2C product packaging.
  • Basic understanding of print production files, and toy packaging trends.
  • Have work experience is E-Commerce Company.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Loves to draw and create things from scratch.
  • Doesn't just arrange — builds designs ground-up with logic and charm.
  • Takes ownership and wants to grow.
  • Understands kid psychology and thinks like a parent + child when designing.
