We're seeking a skilled Hotel Revenue Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an International Sales Associate - Intern, you'll play a vital role in developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide sales support for multi-branded hotels in the USA, activating new accounts and increasing market share from existing ones. You'll leverage CRM to manage accounts, shorten the sales cycle, and ensure hotel ownership profitability.
You'll lead bi-weekly sales strategy calls with designated hotels, collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets, and contribute to overall team success. Additionally, you'll support the development of sales strategies and contribute ideas for improving sales processes.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with a high level of initiative. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport over the phone, while excellent written communication skills are required for general correspondence, proposals, and reports.
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in the hotel industry is necessary, as well as a strong ability to leverage technology and CRM to shorten the sales cycle. Collaborative team players eager to contribute and learn from others will thrive in this environment.
