The Skills Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the backend systems and processes underpinning our organizational skills strategy. This role is responsible for creating and maintaining capability models, ensuring the skills library is up-to-date and governed, and validating new skill requests.
This role collaborates with stakeholders across the business to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and continuous improvement of our skills framework.
Key responsibilities include administering the skills library, reviewing and validating new skill requests, and regularly auditing the skills database for accuracy and completeness.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the skills team and other stakeholders, serving as a point of contact for skills-related queries.
Required Skills and Qualifications">Applicants should have an MBA (HR) or Graduate degree with at least 5+ years' experience in a Skill Administrator role. Familiarity with HR, talent, or learning management systems, preferably Cornerstone Galaxy or similar platforms, is preferred.
Other qualifications include a willingness to work from Pune/Bengaluru (night shift) and ability to join within 15 days.

- Ready for 6 to 12 months contract role to work from Pune/Bengaluru (Night shift)
- Can join within 15 days
- Experience administering HR, talent, or learning management systems (preferably Cornerstone Galaxy or similar platforms).
