Job Title: Travel Sales Ambassador

Summary:

Holidays Crowd is seeking a highly skilled Travel Sales Ambassador to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals and exceed customer expectations.

• Identify, qualify, and follow up with potential clients to build strong relationships and increase sales.

• Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements, and provide personalized recommendations.

• Present and promote travel packages, including destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.

• Provide detailed information about itineraries, pricing, and special offers to clients.

• Advises clients regarding destinations, cultures, customs, weather, and activities.

• Collects payments, books travel arrangements, and pays applicable fees.

• Builds and maintains relationships with travel and tour vendors to ensure high-quality services.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, travel regulations, and destination knowledge to better assist clients.

• Handle client inquiries, resolve concerns, and address feedback in a professional and timely manner.

• Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, bookings, and sales activities.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in travel sales

• Strong sales and negotiation skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

• Knowledge of travel products and services

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
