Senior HCM Cloud Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of the hire-to-retire cycle, encompassing all aspects of human capital management. A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HCM is required, with expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM business process and data flow.

  • Expertise in OTL, US Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, ORC, Security, Helpdesk, and Core HR modules\
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and willingness to travel domestically or internationally for short and long durations.\
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing, and go-live phases.\
  • Excellent leadership capabilities, including planning, follow-up skills, mentorship, work allocation, monitoring, and status updates to Project Manager.\
  • Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop innovative solutions.\\
