The role of Business Operations Manager is crucial in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of a city facility. This position requires exceptional leadership and organizational skills to manage administrative tasks, supervise employees, and maintain high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manages the facility's day-to-day business operations, including fleet management, employee supervision, and administrative processes.
- Ensures effective management of resources, minimizing costs and maximizing productivity.
- Develops and implements action plans to achieve operational goals and improve key metrics.
- Educates employees on company policies, procedures, and quality assurance practices.
- Investigates and resolves customer service issues, ensuring facility-wide service goals are met.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong knowledge of business operations, including vehicle dispatch, route planning, and shipment management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide employees.
- Ability to analyze operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement change.
- Experience with employee training, coaching, and development.
- Good understanding of company policies, procedures, and governmental regulations.
