We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an International Growth Strategy Intern. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic organization that values innovation, collaboration, and growth.
About the Role:
- We will work together to identify and engage top-tier freelance consultants through targeted outreach and research.
- You will conduct in-depth interviews with consultants to assess their expertise and ensure they align with our company goals.
- Your key responsibility will be building and maintaining a strong pipeline of independent consultants aligned with client demand.
- Developing trusted relationships by understanding consultants' career goals and positioning us as their platform of choice.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align consultant acquisition with project needs.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- An entrepreneurial mindset, constantly seeking new opportunities for growth.
- Excellent communication skills, able to express themselves professionally and clearly.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Previous experience working remotely is highly valued.
