Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Middle East region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our business footprint in this dynamic market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue and expand our customer base in the ME region.
Diversify our export offerings to meet the evolving needs of customers in the ME region.
Cultivate strong relationships with utility companies, EPC contractors, and electrical utilities to drive business growth.
Represent our company at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote our products and services.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless order execution and delivery.
Travel frequently to MEA markets to attend client meetings and business development opportunities.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in international/export sales within electrical products, cables, or power equipment.
Proven ability to handle annual business turnover of ₹100 Cr+
Demonstrated experience in developing new geographies/markets and scaling business.
Strong exposure to working with utility companies, EPC contractors, and electrical utilities in MEA.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Engineering/technical qualification preferred; MBA is an added advantage.
