Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Middle East region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our business footprint in this dynamic market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue and expand our customer base in the ME region.

  • Diversify our export offerings to meet the evolving needs of customers in the ME region.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with utility companies, EPC contractors, and electrical utilities to drive business growth.

  • Represent our company at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote our products and services.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless order execution and delivery.

  • Travel frequently to MEA markets to attend client meetings and business development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in international/export sales within electrical products, cables, or power equipment.

  • Proven ability to handle annual business turnover of ₹100 Cr+

  • Demonstrated experience in developing new geographies/markets and scaling business.

  • Strong exposure to working with utility companies, EPC contractors, and electrical utilities in MEA.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Engineering/technical qualification preferred; MBA is an added advantage.
