Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Lead to spearhead and execute digital transformation initiatives. This key role will oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, ensuring they meet business objectives.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with technical stakeholders to craft optimal solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Participate in technical discussions and present trade-offs to client stakeholders.
  • Communicate technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Work closely with project stakeholders to define project plans, KRAs, and processes.
  • Ensure projects remain on target to meet deadlines.
  • Identify potential issues and suggest alternatives based on cost implications, time constraints, and customer quality standards.
  • Manage day-to-day project progress, including risk assessment and problem resolution.
  • Conduct project reviews according to prescribed process/structure.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert regarding workflow, processes, capacity, timelines, etc.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and/or adapt processes, policies, and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, speed, quality, etc.
  • Ensure teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver effectively.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in managing the full project management life cycle for implementing highly complex, large-scale, strategic IT and business initiatives.

  • Key Qualifications:
  • Deep experience in understanding functional scope, design, and technology to ensure the right solution is delivered.
  • Proven ability to meaningfully engage with highly technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to explain highly technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Understanding/experience with executing projects in multiple areas such as Supply Chain, eCommerce, IoT/Embedded, Digital Twins, Cloud Infrastructure, Industrial Operations Management.
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, team player with results orientation.
  • Ability to successfully work under tight project deadlines.
