Senior Director of Digital Transformation

The role of the Vice President (IT & Digital Solutions) is a key position within the organization, responsible for managing the technology backbone and digital initiatives across its portfolio. This includes ensuring IT infrastructure, applications, security, and digital projects run reliably and deliver business value.
This leader will manage day-to-day delivery, vendors, and cross-functional partnerships to drive strong executional leadership. Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing and supporting core hospitality applications (PMS, POS, CRM, HRMS, Finance).
- Ensuring seamless integration between property-level and enterprise systems.
- Partnering with business functions to ensure technology adoption improves guest experience, service consistency, and revenue processes.
Additionally, this individual will oversee day-to-day IT infrastructure across 60+ properties, ensuring network reliability and uptime, implement cybersecurity and compliance frameworks, maintain and test business continuity and disaster recovery protocols, lead the execution of IT projects, translate operational needs into IT deliverables, escalate strategic alignment issues to the Head of IT, and ensure ROI measurement and reporting on IT initiatives.
They will also manage relationships with vendors and system integrators, track performance against SLAs, support the evaluation of new solutions and pilots, lead a team of 6–8 IT professionals, ensuring service orientation, performance, and growth, build digital literacy programs for Hotel Managers and frontline teams, foster a collaborative culture that ensures smooth adoption of technology solutions, execute guest-facing digital initiatives, leverage analytics to provide actionable operational insights, champion green IT practices at the operational level, own multi-unit/location IT operations and project implementation, serve as the bridge between Hotels, functional stakeholders, and the leadership team, provide succession pipeline with exposure to transformation initiatives.
Requirements include 15+ years of IT leadership experience, strong knowledge of hospitality applications, demonstrated ability to manage distributed IT operations and deliver complex projects, hands-on understanding of cybersecurity and compliance in India, proven experience in vendor management and SLA governance, strong stakeholder engagement skills with ability to work across Operations, HR, Finance, and Marketing, and a team-oriented leader who can execute effectively under the strategic direction of Head IT.
