Our Client is a leading Indian multinational IT services and consulting firm. It provides digital transformation, cloud computing, data analytics, enterprise application integration, infrastructure management, and application development services.

The company caters to over 700 clients across industries such as banking and financial services, manufacturing, technology, media, retail, and travel & hospitality.

Job Title: Ignition SCADA Professional

Location: Pan India

Experience: 3 - 8 Years (Relevant)

Employment Type: Contract to Hire

Work Mode: Work From Office

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • We are seeking an experienced Ignition SCADA expert to lead design configuration and deployment of applications across manufacturing operations.
  • You will architect and implement real-time data acquisition visualization and reporting solutions, ensuring seamless integration of OT systems with enterprise IT systems.
  • Develop and maintain secure data exchange using REST APIs, MQTT, and OPC UA protocols.
  • Manage industrial databases, SQL historian, timeseries databases for high availability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to align system capabilities with production and business needs.
  • Provide technical leadership in digital transformation initiatives such as Industry 40 smart manufacturing and predictive analytics.
  • Troubleshoot optimize, and support existing SCADAMES deployments to ensure minimal downtime.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong background in MES functions, production tracking OEE downtime analysis, traceability SPC etc.
  • Proficiency with database technologies, SQL Server MySQL, PostgreSQL or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience with OTIT integration technologies.
  • REST APIs for system interconnectivity.
  • MQTT for IIoT messaging and lightweight communication.
  • OPC UA for industrial interoperability.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial control systems PLC, SCADA HMIs and plant floor connectivity.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing standards ISA95 ISA88, ISA99IEC 62443.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cloud-based IIoT platforms Azure IoT AWS IoT etc.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in OT environments.
  • Familiarity with containerization, Docker Kubernetes for SCADAMES deployments.
  • Experience in working on large-scale digital transformation Industry 40 projects.
