Digital Transformation Director

We seek a visionary Digital Transformation Director to spearhead our digital innovation and software solutions.

The ideal candidate will drive strategic growth and operational efficiency by overseeing a team of Business Analysts and developing key digital strategies.

  • Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of IT software applications.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap aligned with our business objectives.
  • Oversee a team of Business Analysts/PMs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Manage the entire software development lifecycle from requirements gathering and analysis to implementation and drive adoption in the field.
  • Evaluate and implement new software solutions to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and data analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective digital solutions.
  • Manage multiple digital projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery within scope and efficiently.
  • Analyze and re-engineer existing business processes to leverage technology for automation and efficiency gains.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and approving a 3-year digital transformation roadmap within the first 6 months.
  • Delivering key digital projects on time and within budget.
  • Achieving high user adoption rates.
  • Automating and digitizing key business processes.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the industry landscape and best practices in IT management.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful IT strategy development and implementation.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a technology or business-related field, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
