As a key ambassador of our luxury real estate development, you will be responsible for creating a seamless and memorable experience for prospective clients.
Responsibilities:- Develop lasting relationships with clients through warm and professional interactions.
- Coordinate site visits to ensure clients receive exceptional service and attention to detail.
- Provide accurate project information and direct queries to the sales team in a timely manner.
- Maintain a luxurious reception area that meets high standards, ensuring all customer-facing spaces reflect the quality of our brand.
- Ensure accurate client records and appointments are well managed, providing an exceptional level of service at every touchpoint.
- Handle client requests with professionalism and discretion, upholding the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in organizing customer engagement events and property showcases that showcase the unique features and benefits of our properties.
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
- At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a luxury real estate or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
- Strong hosting and customer service skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure, managing competing priorities and deadlines with ease.
- Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
