We are seeking a seasoned Sales Executive to drive growth in our residential sales team at Revaa Homes, based in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the real estate sector and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

About the Role:

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified residential real estate prospects, identifying new business opportunities, and creating and executing annual sales strategies. This role requires exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified residential real estate prospects in Navi Mumbai.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive sales growth in the local market.
  • Create and execute annual sales strategies and achieve defined targets.
  • Leverage advanced sales tools to generate leads and nurture client relationships effectively.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to implement impactful strategies and close deals.

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of proven success in real estate sales, with a strong history of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
