As a seasoned retail professional, we are seeking an experienced Category Manager to drive sales and enhance customer experience and retention. This pivotal role will oversee category performance, develop strategic plans to boost conversion rates, AOV, and other key metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, manage, and report on category plans to improve site metrics by increasing conversion, average order value (AOV), and other performance indicators
  • Ensure website content aligns with monthly promotions, seasonal campaigns, and overall marketing strategy, fostering a cohesive brand image
  • Secure optimal margins through effective budget management, goal setting, monitoring, and reporting on performance
  • Design and execute targeted brand campaigns across various platforms, taking corrective actions to maintain plan alignment
  • Meet recognition and awareness goals for accountable brands, providing regular performance reports in approved formats
  • Drive banner revenue growth through list expansion, segmentation, and increased efficiency, developing processes to enhance customer retention

To succeed in this position, you will bring advanced Excel and PPT skills, as well as category experience.
