About the Position

We seek an accomplished Product Planning Manager to drive strategic growth through category management, pricing optimization, and inventory control. The role requires close analysis of market trends, competition, and store performance to ensure effective product placement across stores.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead merchandising planning & forecasting (demand, annual plans, gross contribution)
  • Develop pricing, promotion & markdown strategies to maximize revenue
  • Manage product portfolios & new product development
  • Oversee inventory levels, stock turnover, and new store requirements
  • Collaborate with sales & retail operations teams to enhance channel & store productivity
  • Contribute to policy updates, training, and employee development

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in Retail or Fashion
  • Strong analytical skills & ability to interpret data
  • Skills in customer orientation, attention to detail, and stakeholder collaboration
