Job Description:

Highly skilled recruitment professionals sought to drive talent acquisition strategies, leveraging expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes, client engagement, onboarding, and coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of client requirements, the ability to source suitable profiles through various channels, and ensure a smooth hiring experience for both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client communication and requirement gathering; analyzed and validated job specifications
  • Full lifecycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer letter and onboarding
  • Sourcing strategy customization based on client needs and niche skill requirements
  • Initial resume screening and telephonic discussions for shortlisting candidates
  • Technical and HR interviews coordination across branches
  • Candidate trackers maintenance and regular reports submission on interview and closure status
  • Job portal (e.g., Naukri), LinkedIn, referrals, and internal database utilization for sourcing
  • Salary negotiation, reference checks, and extended verbal job offers execution
  • Proper resume screening and validation to match resumes with job descriptions
  • Telephonic and video interviews, and final interview rounds coordination
  • Potential candidate qualification for technical and non-technical roles
  • Compensation discussion management and offer release for selected candidates
  • Onboarding process oversight and regular follow-ups
  • New hire engagement post-offer and post-joining to address issues and build rapport
  • Referral generation encouragement from hired candidates
  • Recruitment metrics and reporting maintenance, including interview status, closures, and feedback
