**Community Building and Operations Lead Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our community building and operations team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing a collaborative environment that fosters inclusivity and promotes connections among members.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance member experience and operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure operational efficiency, cleanliness, and maintenance of shared spaces and facilities.
  • Liaise with various teams to resolve member issues and improve operational efficiency.
  • Conceptualize and roll out initiatives that promote the center and its services.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Establish a community environment that fosters collaboration and inclusivity.
  • Organize events and activities to promote connections among members.
  • Partner with local businesses to plan engagement events and activities.
  • Measure member satisfaction and strive to improve it.
  • Manage billing and check-ins/check-outs for hourly or day-pass members.
  • Conduct tours for potential new members.
  • Attend to members' needs and resolve issues promptly.
  • Manage membership waiting lists.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience: 2+ Years
  • Qualification: Bachelor Degree
