Job Title: Financial Expert

About the Role:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Process invoices, receipts, and payments efficiently to meet business objectives.
  • Manage cash and banking transactions on a daily basis to ensure seamless operations.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable with precision to optimize working capital.
  • File statutory returns including GST, TDS, and income tax in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and file GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and E-TDS returns accurately.
  • Respond to income tax notices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Monitor financial transactions, reconciliations, and reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in audit processes and ensure timely submissions to minimize risks.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies to maintain a positive reputation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and senior management to build strong relationships.

Requirements:

  • Education: Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years as an Accounts Officer or Sr. Accountant.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and income tax is essential.
  • Hands-on experience in GSTR filings (1, 3B, 9) and E-TDS is required.
  • Proficiency in accounting and taxation software is necessary.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical ability are required.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
