Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the front office, ensuring seamless communication and providing exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage telephone and board phone systems, guaranteeing efficient communication.
- Perform administrative tasks, including staff management and petty cash duties, with utmost professionalism.
- Utilize effective listening skills, professionalism, and excellent written and verbal communication to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Coordinate visitor arrivals, offer refreshments, and maintain a secure environment, adhering to company protocols.
- Operate telecommunications systems, monitor logbooks, and ensure adherence to procedures, promoting a safe and organized work environment.
- Provide travel desk services, booking hotels and transportation as needed, supporting business travel requirements.
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in email communication.
- Ability to document and communicate actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs effectively.
