Role Overview

Talentrox is seeking a highly skilled Customer Acquisition Lead to drive our Web3 business forward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive customer acquisition strategy aligned with our overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a customer acquisition strategy that leverages social media platforms such as Twitter, Telegram, TikTok, and others within the Web3 ecosystem.
  • Develop engaging content tailored for each platform, including tweets, posts, videos, and multimedia formats.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to reach and engage target audiences.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing, particularly within the Web3 and crypto industry.
  • Identify and collaborate with brand advocates and influencers to expand reach and amplify our message.
  • Continuously optimize the customer acquisition funnel to improve conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs.

Ideal Candidate

  • 4+ years of experience in customer acquisition, marketing, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful customer acquisition strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experienced in Web3, blockchain, smart contracts, DeFi, NFTs, and dApp development.
