We are building a revolutionary AI-enabled Digital Asset Management platform. Our mission is to deliver exceptional media infrastructure and developer tools for high-performance teams.

The Growth Lead will be responsible for demand generation, outbound prospecting, early-stage sales, and partnerships. This individual will work closely with the founder and technical team, enjoying autonomy to design, test, and execute growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demand Generation: Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns, Google Ads, cold email, and content marketing initiatives.
  • Outbound Sales Development: Build prospect lists, craft outreach sequences, and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
  • Pipeline Management: Qualify leads, run discovery calls, manage CRM (HubSpot), and progress deals.
  • Content & Assets: Create landing pages, case studies, and comparison pages to drive inbound leads.
  • Partnerships: Establish relationships with ecosystem partners, marketplaces, and industry communities.
  • Analytics & Optimisation: Track metrics like CAC, LTV, and conversion rates; conduct experiments to identify scalable channels.
Requirements
  • 4–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, marketing, or sales roles.
  • Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting tools (Apollo, Lemlist, Sales Navigator).
  • Practical knowledge of paid acquisition (Google Ads) and content-driven growth strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A self-starter who thrives in early-stage SaaS environments.
