About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to spearhead high-performing pay-per-click campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute PPC strategies, driving maximum ROI
  • Lead a team of specialists in campaign execution, mentoring and guidance
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
  • Monitor performance metrics, optimizing campaigns to achieve desired KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR)
  • Create compelling ad copy, landing page briefs, and coordinate A/B testing
  • Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and reporting
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated marketing campaigns
  • Present strategies and results to stakeholders and clients

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years experience managing paid media campaigns
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other major ad platforms
  • Strong analytical skills, using tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs
  • Proven ability to scale and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
  • Leadership or team management experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Certification in Google Ads and Meta preferred
