Job Title

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Develop and execute data-driven paid marketing strategies across various digital platforms.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to optimize campaign performance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign metrics daily to achieve key business objectives such as return on ad spend (ROAS), click-through rate (CTR), cost per click (CPC), cost per acquisition (CPA), and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design engaging ad creatives, copy, and A/B tests that align with our brand voice and aesthetics.
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other business intelligence tools.
  • Manage campaign resources effectively to maximize returns.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience running digital advertising campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Excel/Sheets.
  • Understanding of customer journey mapping, retargeting, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for impactful ad content and brand alignment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
