Role Overview
Hero Motocorp seeks an experienced Sales Executive to drive the Harley Davidson Business Unit (HDBU) forward. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in channel sales, with a proven track record of success in the automotive OEM industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business unit performance and deliverables, focusing on sales volume and market share for designated locations.
- Achieve dealer-wise sales volume and market share plans for the year and periodic (monthly) targets.
- Lead generation to maintain an adequate pipeline and scout prospects for future dealerships.
- Enhance customer experience at all dealerships.
Requirements
The successful candidate will possess a BE/B.Tech in Sales & Marketing and an MBA, with 4-5 years of experience in channel sales with an automotive OEM. Strong technical skills, including sales planning and execution, channel management, financial acumen, product knowledge, and technical/commercial skills (DMS & SAP), are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and conflict management skills are also required.
