Job Title: Mainframe Developer

We are seeking a skilled Mainframe Developer to join our team. As a key member of our technology group, you will play a vital role in the design, development, and implementation of our mainframe systems.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining complex mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, and DB2.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, and DB2.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Analyze problems and implement fixes to resolve technical issues.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in mainframe development.
  • Strong knowledge of COBOL, JCL, and DB2.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
