Are you a skilled Human Resources professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR Manager to join our team

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in staffing operations, preferably within the manufacturing industry. With a strong background in talent acquisition, payroll processing, and employee relations, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment processes, managing payroll cycles, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full lifecycle recruitment for shop-floor, technical, supervisory, and corporate roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Collaborate closely with business heads and project managers to understand headcount plans and skills requirements.
  • Manage agency/vendor relationships, campus drives, employee referrals, and external sourcing channels.
  • Ensure effective onboarding, induction, documentation, and background verification for all hires.

We are seeking someone with excellent stakeholder management skills, who can partner effectively with operations, project managers, and external vendors. Strong recruiting experience across blue-collar, technical, and mid-level roles is essential, along with the ability to manage high-volume hiring.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 4–6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2–4 years in staffing operations or HR roles supporting large staffing/manufacturing projects.
  • Master's degree in HR / MBA-HR preferred.
  • Strong practical knowledge of Indian labour laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, professional tax, and compliance for contract manpower.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll processing and popular HRMS/payroll tools, as well as coordinating with payroll vendors.
  • Good MS Excel and HR MIS skills, familiarity with ATS/HRMS systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; comfortable visiting/managing multiple plant sites.
