Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Human Resources professional to join our team as a HR Assistant. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the HR department, including tasks such as recruitment coordination, benefits administration, and data entry.
  • HR Management Activities: Assist in managing HR-related activities, including employee onboarding, training, and compliance.
  • Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS): Manage HRIS systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  • Training Initiatives: Participate in training initiatives, developing skills and knowledge to enhance job performance.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, maintaining a compliant and organized work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in HR and HR Management: Possess experience in human resources, preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • HRIS Familiarity: Have familiarity with HRIS systems, including setup, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Benefits Administration: Possess skills in benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  • Training and Development: Ability to develop skills and knowledge through training initiatives.
  • Organizational and Communication Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
