Murex Implementations Delivery Lead

Role: Oversee the successful delivery of Murex upgrade projects from a remote location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end project execution, including initiation, planning, scheduling, execution, and closure.
  • Effective stakeholder communication, management, and relationship building with clients, team members, and end-user stakeholders.
  • Risk identification, issue tracking, critical path activities, and mitigation strategies.
  • Regular status updates for all stakeholders.
  • Resource allocation, people management, and project status tracking.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 15+ years of experience in Murex implementations.
  • At least 6+ years of experience in Murex project management and program management.
  • A strong understanding of Murex architecture and ability to comprehend end-to-end processes.
  • Subject matter expert in at least one Murex module (MxML & Back Office Workflows, Datamart Reporting, or Front Office).
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in offshore delivery management.
  • Team management experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
