Job Overview

This role is responsible for ensuring the availability and performance of the Murex platform, as well as troubleshooting production incidents.

You will collaborate closely with technology teams to maintain a stable environment for trading and risk management systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and support Murex applications to ensure high uptime and optimal performance.
  • Investigate and resolve production issues within agreed-upon service level agreements.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of system logs, identify root causes, and implement permanent fixes.
  • Work with infrastructure, database administration, and network teams on environment-related issues.
  • Support system upgrades, patching, and performance enhancements activities.
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in IT support with hands-on experience in Python/Java, Cloud (AWS & Azure), and PostgreSQL.
  • A minimum of 2 years of direct experience with Murex.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
