Job Title: Senior Manager

A dynamic leader is required to drive the development and implementation of a world-class security program for India operations network. The ideal candidate will possess highly skilled, motivated and passionate security professionals who can partner in creating innovative secure supply chain solutions.

The primary objective of the Sr. Security & Loss Prevention Manager is to ensure the protection of people and assets of Amazon sites in accordance with GSO guidelines and policies. This role is a key member of the Amazon INSLP team and reports to Regional Loss Prevention Manager (RLPM).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing risk assessments and framing mitigation measures.
  • Driving physical security performance and compliance in Area of Responsibility (AoR).
  • Ensuring optimum functioning of electronic surveillance devices in accordance with Global Security Operation (GSO) policies.
  • Possessing ability to work on various tools and perform trend analysis using data mining and analytical skills.
  • Conducting detailed investigations within the policy framework, identifying root cause, and documenting management action plans for process formulation/compliance/improvement.

Additional responsibilities include engaging effectively in people experience and performance, responding and implementing crisis management plans to support business continuity, reporting incidents to GSOC as per agreed escalation matrix, possessing the ability to deliver under ambiguous and strenuous situations, and delivering on projects or continuous improvement initiatives using Agile or lean methodologies.
