Job Title: Sports Director

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our sports program as a Sports Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing various sporting activities across different age groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sports strategy to promote physical activity and healthy lifestyles among students.
  • Manage and coordinate with external coaching staff, trainers, and officials to ensure high-quality sports programs.
  • Maintain relationships with local schools, clubs, and organizations to facilitate partnerships and collaborations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations to provide a secure environment for athletes and spectators.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sports programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Represent the school at local and national level in sports-related events and competitions.
  • Provide guidance and support to teachers, coaches, and other staff members to enhance their knowledge and skills in sports management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in sports administration, coaching, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sports programs.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with local and international sports standards and regulations.
