Job Overview

This role will oversee the development and launch of sports academies across India, focusing on scalable operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a strategic plan to expand sports academies in Tier I and II cities, identifying key markets, sports disciplines, pricing strategies, and delivery models.
  • Promote customer acquisition, community engagement, and retention through marketing and on-ground activations.
  • Establish partnerships with schools, municipal bodies, sports complexes, and private venues to drive business growth.
  • Define and track operational KPIs including enrollment, utilization, revenue, and customer service.
