Job Title:
Program Director - Portfolio Management

As a seasoned portfolio manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of business and technology outcomes for assigned programs. Your expertise in leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes will ensure effective monitoring and control of service level agreements. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives.


This position involves end-to-end commercial alignment and contract management for the project or assigned portfolio. You will facilitate internal approvals for commercial aspects of deal shaping, including pricing structure, contract risk profile, taxation, and bank guarantees. You will review payment terms and acceptance criteria, attend pre-bid queries and meetings, and work closely with the legal team to negotiate terms and conditions.


You will interface with client engagement leads, senior managers, and internal functions like Finance, HR, controllership, and Legal. You will also interface with commercial or contract directors on the client side. Post-contract signature, you will own and manage the contract, including managing changes due to scope enhancements or reductions. You will proactively manage risks and run the governance process if required.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Must have skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services.
  • Good to have skills: Experience with Contract Management.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Ability to analyze project data and generate insightful reports for stakeholders.
  • Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Skills required: Candidate should be from the Presales background and Contract Management experience would be preferred.
  • Excellent communications skills (written, verbal, interpersonal).
  • Effective negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop requirements based on leadership input.
  • Problem-solving and conflict management.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strong self-starter and ability to work effectively with minimal direction.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • MBA Finance CA Legal Paralegal Background Good academic pedigree is required.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Program Control Services.
  • This position is based at our Mumbai office.
  • A 15-year full-time education is required.
