Program Leadership Role

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee the execution of large-scale programs from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of academic/learning programs, overseeing scheduling, faculty coordination, content delivery, and learner engagement across multiple cohorts and partners.
  • Ensure seamless execution of live classes, assessments, and certification processes.
  • Monitor learner journey from enrollment to completion, setting up frameworks for grievance redressal, escalation handling, and first-contact resolution.
  • Track completion rates and drive interventions to improve outcomes.
  • Manage onboarding of universities, corporates, and academic partners, leading LMS integration and ensuring partner deliverables are met.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, presenting dashboards and progress reports.
  • Implement process improvements, standardize academic and operational workflows, and identify gaps in delivery, rolling out corrective action plans.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for program health (enrollment, drop-off, completion), generating reports for leadership and partners with actionable insights.
  • Utilize tools (SQL, GA, Freshdesk, JIRA) to monitor efficiency and outcomes.
