Key Role: Manager Compensation and Benefits

The Manager Compensation and Benefits leads the development, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs aligned with strategic objectives and talent philosophy.

  • Compensation Strategy:
    • Designs and administers compensation policies and processes to ensure fairness and equity.
    • Participates in market surveys to benchmark compensation and benefits and assesses company's competitive position.
    • Provides recommendations on bonus plans and equity programs for employees.
  • Benefits Management:
    • Designs and manages employee benefits programs including health, wellness, retirement, and leave policies to promote employee well-being and job satisfaction.
    • Analyzes cost containment strategies to ensure alignment with HR and business strategy.
  • Compliance and Governance:
    • Maintains adherence to federal, state, and local laws governing compensation and benefits ensuring regulatory compliance.
    • Ensures documentation and audit readiness for all total rewards programs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Collaborates with HR Business Partners, Finance, and Legal to align and effectively communicate total rewards programs.
    • Provides guidance and training to HR teams and business leaders on compensation and benefits practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in total rewards preferably within a technology company.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills; proficiency in Excel and HRIS platforms required.
  • Experience with Mercer and Radford salary surveys is essential for compensation benchmarking.
  • Tech-savvy with passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
  • Deep understanding of compensation and benefits compliance requirements.
