  • We are seeking a results-driven Modern Trade Sales Manager to lead our business planning in the modern trade segment.
">

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business plans to drive sales growth, managing multiple priorities, and meeting deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the modern trade landscape, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience in business planning and analysis.

">Key Responsibilities">
  • Strategic Planning & Market Development:
    • Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth in the modern trade segment.
    • Map opportunity markets and identify relevant tea category products through data mining.
    • Drive short-term and long-term market penetration strategies.
  • Sales & Channel Management:
    • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines to achieve sales targets.
    • Develop and manage relationships with modern trade clients, vendors, and business partners.
    • Negotiate contracts with new vendors and clients as well as terminate contracts when necessary.
  • Relationship & Stakeholder Management:
    • Establish and manage relationships with agencies and customers to ensure smooth operations.
    • Coordinating with internal departments to ensure that all domestic business operations run smoothly.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Prepare financial reports detailing sales performance, ROI, and profit margins.
    • Analyze market trends and customer data to inform business decisions.
  • Cross-functional Coordinations:
    • Managing the supply chain process from procurement to shipment to customer delivery.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in modern trade sales preferably in tea or food segments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business planning and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and ability to manage team, promoter, merchandiser.
