Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven leader to head our manufacturing business specializing in mechanical engineering solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the company's strategic direction, driving operational efficiency, ensuring financial growth, and positioning the business as a leader in the global market.

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and implement the company's long-term vision and growth roadmap.
    • Lead product innovation, technology adoption, and R&D in mechanical engineering.
    • Identify and expand into new domestic and international markets.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Ensure high-quality products, efficient operations, and optimal productivity.
    • Implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 practices.
    • Maintain compliance with industry, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Financial & Business Performance:
    • Own and deliver the P&L, budgets, and financial forecasts.
    • Drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability.
    • Develop new revenue streams and strengthen customer relationships.
  • People Leadership:
    • Build and lead a high-performing executive team.
    • Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.
    • Lead workforce planning, skills development, and succession strategies.
  • Stakeholder & Market Engagement:
    • Collaborate with senior management on strategic decision-making.
    • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, industry bodies, and regulators.
    • Represent the company as an industry leader in mechanical engineering.

Requirements:

  • Proven success as a CEO, MD, or senior executive in manufacturing or mechanical engineering.
  • Deep understanding of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, and engineering lifecycle.
  • Expertise in business strategy, operations, and financial management.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling businesses and entering new markets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
