Your Role as an Education Specialist

You will establish meaningful connections with potential students, guiding them through the process of selecting the right educational program to advance their careers.

In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, providing personalized support and expert advice to help students make informed decisions.

  • Advise career changers on how to leverage top-tier university education to launch themselves into high-growth careers.
  • Built a pipeline of qualified leads who have expressed interest in our programs.
  • Deliver detailed information to interested students via phone or email.
  • Guide learners through the enrollment process by providing timely follow-up and building anticipation without being pushy.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least two years of experience in inside sales or consultative selling, with a proven track record of exceeding targets in international edtech markets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, listening, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong phone presence.
  • Ability to make over 120 dials or send emails per day to connect with warm leads.
