Program Leader

We're seeking a visionary Program Manager to spearhead our Post Graduate Program in Applied Marketing. This program aims to craft an immersive learning environment that fosters real-world application for students.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless student experiences.

  • Monitor performance metrics and track quality progress of students.

  • Promote student engagement through active participation in clubs and campus activities.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBA degree in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience managing internal/external stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in program management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with students/employees, faculty/mentors, and external partners.
